My relentless pursuit for Burgundy wines was inspired by all the great producers from this precious land. Before we started our brand “fil de soie”, I had taken the position as purchasing director for an international wine importer over a decade. Thanks to this indispensable experience, I had the opportunities to learn from some of the best wine growers who encouraged me to explore more in the wine world.

I moved to Beaune for our new adventure in the springtime of 2022, and I’m grateful to have a new life here. Our initial wish was very simple: to making some pleasant Burgundy bottles that we would like to share with our families and friends. This will remain our ultimate goal in the journey to achieving it. I hope that my lifelong passion for creating an progressive winery could bring some sparkle to our lives.
